Our technology partners
The platforms we put to work.
Five software vendors and cloud providers, chosen because they cover the needs of companies and institutions in the sub-region: core business systems, customer relationships, infrastructure and productivity.
Partner by partner
What we do with each one for you.
- SAP
Core business systems. We run SAP S/4HANA projects (conversion, new implementation, RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP), deploy SAP Business One for mid-sized organisations, extend the standard on SAP BTP and build reporting on SAP Analytics Cloud. All within the SYSCOHADA framework and each country's tax rules.
- Salesforce
Customer relationships. We implement Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud, connect them to the ERP with MuleSoft and give teams visibility with Tableau. Banks, telecom operators, retailers: wherever the customer relationship makes the difference.
- AWS
Cloud infrastructure. We design the landing zone, migrate your application workloads, host custom applications and keep the bill under control over time. Data location and foreign-currency costs are addressed from the design stage.
- Microsoft
Cloud and productivity. Microsoft Azure to host SAP and your applications, Power BI for performance management, and the Microsoft workplace for collaboration and user identity. Often the foundation already in place at our clients.
- Odoo
The ERP for SMEs. When SAP exceeds the need or the budget, Odoo covers accounting, sales, procurement and inventory with a fast implementation. We adapt it to SYSCOHADA and local VAT, and we prepare the bridge to SAP for the day growth requires it.
The right platform for the right context
We do not sell a platform, we choose one.
Having several partners forces us to choose. Here are the benchmarks we use to guide a client, before any costing.
SAP S/4HANA
For regional groups, large companies and institutions: multi-company, multi-country, extended processes, strong control and consolidation requirements.
SAP Business One
For mid-sized companies that want the SAP standard without the complexity of a large-scale project, with a possible path towards SAP S/4HANA.
Odoo
For SMEs: broad functional coverage, contained cost of ownership, fast time to go-live. The right choice when the priority is to structure management without weighing down the organisation.
Salesforce
When the customer relationship justifies it: large customer volumes, several channels, sales and service teams to coordinate. The CRM is added to the ERP, it does not replace it.
Our partnership philosophy
Close to the vendors, loyal to the client.
A partnership is only worth something if it serves the party that pays us for advice. Three principles govern our relationships with software vendors and cloud providers.
- Independent advice
Our recommendations are dictated by no commercial agreement. When a platform is the right answer, we say so; when it is not, we say so too, even if we represent it.
- The client's interest first
Licence scope, architecture, hosting choices, integrations: every trade-off is assessed from the standpoint of your total cost and your operational result. The revenue generated for a vendor does not enter the equation.
- Transparency
Our relationships with software vendors and cloud providers are known to our clients. If there is a conflicting interest on a recommendation, it is declared before the recommendation is made.
