Our work
What we know how to do.
Out of discretion, we do not name any client publicly. This page presents the types of engagement we deliver, by industry and by platform, as we practise them from Dakar for companies and institutions in Senegal and the sub-region. Each real engagement is presented in a meeting, with its context, our role, the scope and what came out of it.
By platform
Two platforms, a single team.
From the management core to the customer relationship, extended by data, cloud and custom applications. Here are the engagements we know how to scope, build and keep alive.
Scope and lead an SAP S/4HANA journey
What we do: assessment of an existing ECC or heterogeneous landscape, comparison of scenarios (conversion, new implementation, selective transition), choice of operating model (RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, on-premise), SYSCOHADA and tax localisation, data migration, integration, change management and skills transfer. For SMEs that are not an SAP fit: SAP Business One or Odoo.
Salesforce · CRMBuild an omnichannel customer relationship
What we do: single customer view on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud; journeys designed end to end and delivered in the branch, at the call centre, on mobile and on WhatsApp; customer and partner portals on Experience Cloud; integration with SAP and core systems via MuleSoft; compliance with Law No. 2008-12 and adoption by the teams.
Data & AnalyticsGive management a single version of the figures
What we do: data strategy and governance, master data shared between ERP and CRM, data architecture, executive dashboards on SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI or Tableau, data preparation for AI use cases.
CloudChoose and operate the right hosting from the sub-region
What we do: comparison of private cloud, public cloud and on-premise by latency, data location and cost in foreign currency; migration to AWS, Microsoft Azure or SAP cloud; landing zone, security, cost control (FinOps); hybrid architectures for sites that must operate without a connection.
Custom applicationsExtend the platforms without opening up the core
What we do: web and mobile applications, portals, APIs and integrations; extensions on SAP BTP rather than developments in the core (clean core); regulatory localisations built as governed extensions.
Support & application managementKeep SAP and Salesforce alive over the long term
What we do: third-party application management with service commitments, fixes and enhancements, version upgrades, continuous improvement, in French and from Dakar, during your teams' working hours.

Our approach
References presented in a meeting.
We do not name our clients publicly, by choice. We are glad to present them in a meeting, with their consent, and we publish a case study only after written validation by the client concerned, scope and results included. As long as a validation is missing, we describe typical engagements, as here, and we publish no figures. On request, and with our clients' agreement, we arrange direct conversations between executives.
