Fonts are hosted on our own servers: your visit triggers no request to Google or any other provider. That is why no consent banner is shown to you: there is nothing to consent to. Only the technical processing strictly necessary for the website to work is carried out.

The contact form

This website only collects personal data when you voluntarily send it through the contact form: identity, company, contact details and the content of your message.

Purposes: to respond to your request and to follow up on any business relationship that may result from it.
Recipients: the AGILICIS teams concerned by your request. Your data is neither shared, nor sold, nor used for unsolicited marketing.
Retention period: for as long as your request is being processed, then for a maximum of three years after the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship is in progress.

Data hosting

The website and the messages received are hosted by our hosting provider (see the legal notice). Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). If data is hosted outside Senegal, this transfer is governed in accordance with Law No. 2008-12.

Your rights

In accordance with Law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@agilicis.com: we reply as quickly as possible. You may also refer the matter to the Commission de protection des données personnelles, Senegal's data protection authority (cdp.sn).
