Digital technologies and solutions

Designing the right cloud model.

Public, private or hybrid cloud: we design architectures aligned with your requirements for performance, security, sovereignty and cost control. AWS, Microsoft Azure or cloud environments integrated with your business solutions — every choice is guided by context, actual usage and the real constraints of the organisation.

Before any migration, we assess data location, connectivity, resilience, running costs and regulatory requirements, so the resulting infrastructure is durable, scalable and under control.

The problem

The cloud promises agility. Sometimes it delivers a bill.

Servers migrated "as is" that cost more than before. A monthly bill in dollars or euros that nobody can explain. Critical applications slowing down because the data is hosted far from the users. Data residency rules discovered after the migration. A server room kept "just in case", with no plan. The cloud makes you agile provided it is chosen, sized and governed. Migrating is not an end in itself. It is an architecture, a foundation and a financial discipline.

Our approach

Choose, build, migrate, sustain.

01

Examine the choice

For each application, the right target: public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure), SAP cloud for the core business system, local or hybrid hosting. The criteria are explicit: latency for users, data residency, full cost in foreign currency, available skills.

02

Build the landing zone

Accounts and subscriptions, network, identities, security, backup and recovery, monitoring, cost management. The foundation in which each application is operated cleanly, designed before the first migration.

03

Migrate in waves

Inventory, dependencies, strategy per application (move, adapt, replace, retire), rehearsed cutovers and decommissioning of the legacy. Without interrupting operations.

04

Secure

Identities and access, encryption, network segmentation, logging, compliance with Law No. 2008-12 for personal data. Security is part of the foundation, not a later workstream.

05

Optimise continuously

FinOps: cost visibility by service and by entity, adjusted sizing, commitments negotiated at the right level, monitoring of exchange-rate exposure. A readable bill, every month.

What we take on

From architecture to run.

Architects and engineers at ease on AWS, Microsoft Azure and the SAP cloud, with no vendor dogma. One single thread: what the cloud changes for your applications, your users and your budget.

Strategy & opportunity study

Application inventory, target scenarios per application, full costs compared over several years, prioritised migration plan. The file on which management decides.

Architecture & landing zone

Design and implementation of the AWS or Microsoft Azure foundation: account organisation, network, identities, security, backup, monitoring, cost management. Reusable for every subsequent project.

Cloud for SAP

RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP or SAP hosted on AWS or Microsoft Azure: the study, the dedicated landing zone and the migration of the core business system, coordinated with the vendor. SAP · S/4HANA & ERP

Migration & modernisation

Application moves, containerisation, managed databases, replacement by cloud services when they do better than the existing setup. Execution in waves and retirement of the old.

Cloud security

Identities and access, encryption, segmentation, logging and detection, regular configuration reviews. Consistent with your security policy. IT security & risk

FinOps & foreign-currency cost

Measurement, allocation by usage and by entity, continuous optimisation, monitoring of the exchange-rate exposure between the bill in foreign currency and your budgets in CFA francs. Savings that repeat from one quarter to the next.

Hybrid & connectivity

When connectivity requires it, a hybrid architecture: latency-sensitive workloads kept as close as possible to users, controlled synchronisation with the cloud, redundant links. The cloud without service disruption.

Operations & monitoring

Monitoring, backups, patches, incident and change management, service reviews. A run committed to readable indicators. Support & application management

The context

Latency, data, currency: the three questions to ask first.

Where are your users, and what latency do their applications tolerate? Where must your data stay, under Law No. 2008-12, your sector regulators and your contracts? What does each scenario really cost, once the bill in foreign currency is set against your budget in CFA francs? Depending on the answers, the right target is the public cloud, hosting in Senegal, or a combination of the two. We never start from a ready-made answer. SAP in private or public cloud from Dakar

Cloud review

Is your cloud costing you what it should?
