Run & continuous improvement

Support & application management.

Your SAP and Salesforce systems run the business every day. We operate them under service level commitments, with functional and technical expertise that addresses root causes, a governed backlog and release cycle, and measured continuous improvement. Not a ticket queue. From Dakar, in a time zone close to Western Europe, with teams who know your processes.

The problem

A run that merely holds on ends up costing.

Tickets closed without their root causes ever being addressed. Small enhancements that wait for months. Knowledge of the system concentrated in a distant provider, or in a single person in-house. A purely reactive run slowly wears out the tool, and the relationship that goes with it. Operating an ERP or a CRM deserves better than a ticket queue. It deserves a service that stabilises what exists and moves it forward, under commitments you can actually read.

Our approach

Operating also means improving.

01

Take over

An organised transition from your teams or your current provider: documented knowledge transfer, scope, responsibilities and commitments set out in the contract.

02

Stabilise

Treatment of recurring irritants and root causes, proactive monitoring, securing of critical operations: period closings, payroll runs, sales campaigns, interfaces.

03

Evolve

Enhancements at the pace of the business: regulatory changes (tax, SYSCOHADA), new requirements, SAP and Salesforce updates, all planned with you.

04

Improve continuously

Regular service reviews, automation of repetitive tasks, costed optimisation proposals. The service gets better from one quarter to the next.

05

Transfer skills

Up-to-date documentation, shared knowledge, training of your teams, exit plan provided for in the contract. You remain free. That is the condition of a healthy relationship.

What we take on

A complete and committed service.

Two platforms, one team: the same consultants know your SAP and your Salesforce, and the flow that connects them.

SAP application support · levels 2 and 3

User support, incident and request handling, monitoring of batch jobs and interfaces, with level 3 functional and technical expertise that addresses causes, not just symptoms.

Salesforce application support

Administration, user and access management, incidents, configuration changes, adaptation to the platform's three annual releases, monitoring of integrations with SAP.

Corrective maintenance

Lasting resolution: root cause analysis, fix, and tracking of recurrence over time.

Enhancement maintenance

Functional and regulatory enhancements, small projects, upgrades, while preserving the standard core of each platform.

Backlog & release management

A single backlog, prioritised with you by value and by risk. Planned, tested and documented releases, aligned with vendor updates and with your critical periods.

Service level commitments & reporting

Service levels contracted by criticality, indicators published regularly, steering committees. Quality is measured, not declared.

Service continuity

Monitoring of batch jobs and interfaces, securing of critical periods (closings, payroll, activity peaks) and management of absences as well as load increases.

Skills transfer & reversibility

Maintained documentation, training of your internal teams, exit plan written into the contract from signature.

From Dakar

Teams close by, in the right time zone.

Our support teams are in Dakar. For a company in Senegal or across UEMOA, that means contacts who know the SYSCOHADA framework, local tax rules and field practices, reachable during the hours your teams work. For a group headquartered in Western Europe, it means an almost identical time zone and exchanges in French or English, with no lost day. How we work

A good run contract can be recognised by two things: indicators you can read, and an exit door you have no wish to take.
